Your files are ready
Split a PDF or extract the pages you need, right in your browser. See every page as a thumbnail, click the ones you want or type ranges like “1-3, 5”, and download one PDF or a ZIP of several. Your file is never uploaded.
How to split a PDF
- Drop your PDF into the box above, or click to choose it. Thumbnails of all the pages appear.
- Pick a mode: extract the selected pages into one PDF, save every page as a separate PDF, or split every N pages. For extraction, click pages or type ranges such as 1-3, 5.
- Click the button and download the new PDF, or the ZIP file when there are several files.
Why split a PDF?
Often you only need part of a document: the signed page of a contract, one chapter of a report or a single invoice from a scanned batch. Extracting those pages gives you a smaller file that is easier to send and does not share what the recipient does not need. Splitting in your browser keeps a sensitive document on your own device.
Frequently asked questions
Is this PDF splitter free?

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The file is read and split in your browser and never leaves your device.
How do I extract pages from a PDF?
Choose “Extract pages into one PDF”, then click the pages you want or type their numbers, for example 1-3, 5. You can also use open ranges such as 7- for page 7 to the end.
Can I save every page as its own file?
Yes. Choose “Every page as a separate PDF” or “Split every N pages”. The files are delivered together in one ZIP.
What if my PDF is password-protected?
Password-protected PDFs cannot be opened. Remove the password first, then try again.
Is there a size or page limit?
Files up to 50 MB and 300 pages. The limits are lower on phones and tablets, to keep your device from running out of memory.
